At first glance, I thought it was a novelty pot-holder. Upon enlarging the photo, I decided that the tofu chicken is very cold.
This may be the source of that Mock Chicken Uterus being served in the vegan place in the city back when.
Mock chicken can be a lovely thing. There’s a tiny place near here that does vegan meats that would surely upset many a vegetarian. (Who puts mock gristle in the mock meatballs????)
