OK, not how one ordinarily gets to see a gator, at least for long. We got into the new California Academy of Sciences’ palace on Sunday with the press gang and I took some photos. This one links to my Flickr set, so go have a gander.

Got to go through the “shark tunnel” at the Aquarium of the Bay yesterday. Quite the experience, looking up at some of the things that swam over us…

She posed and posed until I finally had to just say ‘er, thanks so much, I think I have what I need, have a nice day’ and still she struck new poses as I walked away into the sunset, feeling rather guilty.
